From the moment we arrived at Cerdanya Ecoresort, we were met with exceptional customer service that truly went above and beyond. the staff not only accommodated our request to switch from a bungalow to a spacious aparthotel room promptly but also ensured that my elderly parents were comfortable and catered to with utmost care. the room's cozy sitting area and well-equipped kitchen made us feel right at home, allowing us to enjoy family meals together with ease. the stunning views from the terrace, coupled with the efficient heating system, created a welcoming ambiance that we relished during our entire stay. the free toiletries provided and immaculate parquet floors added a touch of luxury to our experience, complementing the hotel's dedication to hospitality and attention to detail.
